• Distributing malware or harmful software

• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited communications

• Uploading or sharing unlawful, abusive, or infringing content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without prior notice.

5. Equipment and Installation

• Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment provided by Sam Online.

• Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

• Unauthorized modification of network equipment is strictly prohibited.

6. Suspension or Termination

Sam Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is overdue

• The customer violates these Terms

• The service is used for unlawful purposes

Customers may terminate services by providing prior notice and clearing all outstanding dues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sam Online shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, business, or profits

• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service period.

9. Modifications
